Why Choose This Program?
Grief, and especially unresolved grief, is a pervasive, overlooked leadership derailer. Leaders are expected to guide and inspire, yet grief may diminish your capacity for focus and resilience, or managing your emotions and relationships. In this program, you will:
Learn innovative ways to process your loss and uncover what’s possible.
Uncover leadership blockages, reinforce your strengths and stretch into new ones so support your leadership journey now.
Build resilience through practical strategies and tools shaped for your journey.
Be part of a small, supportive cohort of other leaders navigating grief and leadership.
