Package Details:
Discovery session
This is focused time at the beginning of our engagement where I learn where you’ve been, where you’re going, and what’s keeping you stuck.
Assessments
I leverage 360 feedback tools and other assessments that provide insights which will help you align your goals with who you are as well as stakeholder preferences and the needs of your team.
Debrief + planning session
We’ll dig into assessment feedback and explore patterns, core needs, and goals that have emerged. We’ll walk away with a clear, custom strategy connected to your purpose and a plan for measuring it.
One-on-one sessions
This is where the work (and the magic!) happens. We’ll meet at regular intervals on a schedule that aligns best with your needs to tackle your most pressing challenges and move you toward your goals.
Leader alignment sessions
I sit down with both you and your leader at the beginning of our coaching engagement to get crystal clear on the goals of our coaching work. We come back together towards the end of the engagement to get feedback on our progress and layout future goals and support.
Completion session
We close our time together by looking back, getting a view of how far you’ve come, discussing what’s next, and celebrating your progress!
